Transferring to SSML Nelson Mandela

Information on procedures and deadlines for transferring to the Bachelor’s Degree Programme in Linguistic Mediation (L-12) at SSML Nelson Mandela.

The following activities must be carried out:

1. Submit the transfer application to your current university, in compliance with the deadlines and procedures established by your current institution.

2. Send your transcript of records to the Student Affairs Office of SSML Nelson Mandela together with the transfer application. In accordance with the academic mobility principles recognised within the European university system, and for the purpose of recognising your previous academic career, the Technical-Scientific Committee will assess your university record and validate the examinations taken and the corresponding ECTS credits (CFU) based on the compatibility of the relevant academic fields and the content of the educational activities through which the credits were obtained. You will be informed of the outcome of the validation process within a short time.

3. Go to the Student Affairs Office and complete the enrolment procedure. The Student Affairs Office will provide you with all the necessary instructions regarding enrolment at SSML Nelson Mandela and will issue your credentials to access student services (institutional e-mail address, reserved area of the website, and exam record book). If you are interested in benefits related to the Right to University Study, please consult the relevant calls for applications published by the Regional Agency for the Right to University Study of Basilicata (ARDSU) on the ARDSU website.

4. Pay the first instalment and the ARDSU Regional Tax. If you have already paid the enrolment fees for the current academic year at your previous university, these payments cannot be considered valid at SSML Nelson Mandela.
