The Three-Year Degree Programme in Linguistic Mediation Sciences, specialising in Tourism and Arts Management, Class L-12, aims to train professionals with specific skills to work in the planning, management, organisation and promotion of Tourism and of local, national and international historical, artistic and landscape heritage. This reflects a modern concept of tourism, understood in all its complexity as a social and economic phenomenon capable of creating a dialogue between different languages and cultures, to be valorised both for its potential at local and national level and as an instrument for enhancing European identity and fostering concrete international cooperation. Graduates of this pathway develop the specific skills suited to the professional profile of the Linguistic Mediator specialising in Tourism and Arts Management, with particular focus on the most innovative aspects of the promotion and management processes of companies, bodies, agencies and organisations in the tourism, arts and hospitality industries.
